Cobb approves senior living communities

The Cobb County Board of Commissioners voted 4-0-1 Tuesday to approve two senior living communities.

Commissioner JoAnn Birrell was absent.

One development will be on 11.73 acres on the southeast side of Powder Springs Road south of Pair Road by Seven Springs Development Co. owned by Charles C. Tinsley, Sr.

The other senior living community will be on 4.5 acres at 2411 East Piedmont Road with the owner being David J. Weise of Thomas Homes and Communities.
