Clayton Schools Superintendent Morcease Beasley to talk graduation during Facebook Live on Friday.

Clayton Schools Superintendent Morcease Beasley is planning a third Facebook Live to talk to residents about virtual graduations.

The event, planned for 1 p.m. Friday, is the third online teleconference Beasley has had since last week when he updated the south metro district on the impact of the coronavirus on schools.

Beasley's talk comes as Gov. Brian Kemp has ordered the state's schools to close through the end of the 2019-2020 academic year. Schools, however, will continue to educate students remotely.

Beasley has said in previous Facebook Live events that he was considering how to address graduation and other important school dates such as prom.
