Clayton County Schools is having a back-to-school bash from 9 a.m.-noon at Charles Drew High School, 6237 Garden Walk Boulevard in Riverdale.

The bash, now in its third year, is designed to get the south metro Atlanta district ready for another school year. It will include giveaways for students who bring end-of-year report cards from the 2018-2019 year.

School resumes for the county's 55,000 students on Aug. 5.
