The city of Kennesaw has rolled out another way for its residents to connect with its services and resources.

Kennesaw has released an official mobile app that “puts city services at the fingertips of the community,” and allows residents to report concerns, locate local resources and access city-related information.

“We are excited to introduce the city of Kennesaw app,” said Mayor Derek Easterling. “With the ability to report concerns, contact city offices and departments, and locate city amenities and businesses, this app provides an additional opportunity for the city of Kennesaw to be engaged with our residents.”

Within the app, the calendar tab will allow users to view upcoming events. The app also has the ability to send out push alerts for events and road closures, for example. It will also feature information and menus of nearby restaurants and other businesses.

Residents will also be able to use the app to access Kennesaw’s payment portal and to use its Report a Concern online platform. Users will have access to city department contact information, links to amenities and biographies and contact information for elected officials.
