The Cobb school board is scheduled to discuss rescinding last month's decision to adopt a traditional calendar with a later school start date. The vote passed with a 4-3 margin and has upset parents and educators who prefer the old calendar with more breaks during the year. The meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the district's central office, 514 Glover St. in Marietta.
