DeKalb County said the below road closures were in place as of 5 p.m. due to icy conditions.

“As county crews are assessing roads and clearing, this list is subject to change,” the county said. “Most surface streets are slick and dangerous, and residents are advised to stay home.”

  • U.S. Highway 78's westbound bridges, from I-285 to West Park Place
  • Glenwood Road between La Mesa Road and Hollyhock Road
  • 3600 Panthersville Road
  • Clairmont Road/Desmond Road
  • Rock Chapel Road/Lithonia Industrial Boulevard
  • Rock Springs Road/Panola Road
  • North Hairston/Fieldridge Court
  • Clifton Road/Briarcliff Road
  • Evans Mill Road/Salem Road
  • Houston Mill Road between Lavista Road and Clifton Road
  • River Road
