Big development on Loganville Highway topic of meeting
The Gwinnett County Planning Commission will hold a public forum to discuss an expansive mixed-use development on Loganville Highway at 7 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of Grayson’s Family Life Center, 2142 State Route 20 in Grayson.
The proposed 345.9-acre development calls for 293 single-family detached homes, 66 townhomes, 52 attached villas, a 214-unit subdivision and 569,616 square feet of retail space along Loganville Highway between Grayson and Loganville. The affected area includes Champions Way, Cain, Hope Hollow, Ozora and Oak Grove roads.
The Planning Commission will vote on the project at its May 5 meeting.
