Authorities ID pedestrian killed on I-85 in south Fulton

A 35-year-old man died of a blunt force injury to the head when he was hit in an accident that shut down northbound I-85 at Flat Shoals Road for nearly two hours Wednesday morning in south Fulton County.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s office on Thursday identified the victim as Antavius Vaughn of Union City.
No other details were released.
