Atlanta cops: 50 pounds of THC gummy bears, pistol found in stolen car

A 31-year-old man was arrested after fleeing in a stolen car, Atlanta police said. Walker Berryhill, according to the cops, was arrested after running out of the car. Police said they found approximately 50 pounds of edible THC gummy bears and a pistol in the car. Berryhill was charged and taken to the Fulton County Jail.

A 31-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after he fled a stolen car with a stolen tag that contained a stolen handgun and a significant amount of illegal drugs, according to Atlanta police.

Officers near 1801 Howell Mill Road tried to pull over Walker Berryhill, but he got out of the car and ran.

Berryhill, of Forest Park, was later apprehended by police.

A search of the car turned up about 50 pounds of edible THC gummy bears in packaging labeled “Mind Benders.” One hundred grams of marijuana, cannabis oil, THC “dap” paste, $8,020 in cash and a pistol stolen out of Gwinnett County was also found, police said.

The car was reported stolen out of Hapeville in May.

Berryhill was charged and taken to the Fulton County Jail.
