Four people have been arrested in connection with a Cobb County robbery in which the victim was shot multiple times with a stun gun.

Two of the arrests took place last week in Austell and the other two in Panama City, Fla., the Marietta Daily Journal reported.

Arrested by Austell police were Chealsea Lynn Carter, 22, of Austell and Doris Lynn Williams; John A. Kelley and Stevie Lynn Williams, both of Austell, were arrested in Panama City, the Daily Journal reported. Stevie Lynn Williams is the daughter of Doris Lynn Williams and the girlfriend of Kelley, according to the newspaper.

Austell Police Deputy Chief Natalie Poulk told the newspaper that Carter lured the victim to a public park in Austell on June 16. The victim, who worked with Carter at Fannie's, a strip club on Fulton Industrial Boulevard in Atlanta, told police Carter wanted to buy some prescription pills. Police said Kelley, who was hiding in some bushes,  emerged and shot the woman several times with a stun gun.

Police said Kelley took a bottle of Xanax, along with $70, a purse and a cellphone.

Stevie Lynn Williams and her mother allegedly drove the getaway vehicle for Kelley and Carter and helped dispose of evidence, police told the Daily Journal.

All four suspects were charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault, both of which are felonies.
