An anonymous tip and an undercover investigation at a mall massage parlor led Gwinnett County police to prostitution arrests.
Yingjiu Liu, 40, of Doraville, is accused of soliciting a sex act on an officer at the Lucky Good Hands Massage parlor at the Mall of Georgia, near Buford, police said. She was arrested on a sex-related charge and massage without a permit. Shiying Tian, 41, of Buford, was arrested and charged with giving a false name and massage without permit.
Liu and Tian were both transported to the Gwinnett County jail, where they posted bond and were released, according to Officer Brian Kelly. Xiuhai Xue, 41, was cited for the parlor not having a manager on duty and not maintaining records, Kelly said. He was released from police custody.
Undercover investigators entered the business two weeks before the Monday arrests, but found everything in compliance with the law, police said. On a return trip, an investigator was solicited for an act of prostitution, Kelly said.
No one answered the phone at the business Thursday afternoon.
