With the COVID-19 pandemic still putting a damper on public gatherings, a virtual Alpharetta Arts Streetfest has been announced where shoppers can browse for unique art finds and hand-crafted products.

The 16th edition of the popular Memorial Day holiday activity is scheduled for Thursday through Monday, May 21-25, at: https://bit.ly/3byVGQU The vendor marketplace opens at 10 a.m. Thursday.

"This free-to-browse experience will feature dozens of regional and national artisans, locally produced goods from Georgia Grown members, and sponsors," according to a city announcement. "Artists look forward to bringing a little joy to everyone during this difficult time with their creative, inspiring and whimsical goods and services, while patrons can simultaneously support the art community."

Splash Festivals Inc., producer of the Arts Streetfest for Alpharetta, is working with Eventeny, an Atlanta technology company, to create the virtual event. Information: https://bit.ly/2zAzgSn
