The management of Allatoona Lake in Cherokee and Bartow counties is seeking candidates to bid on a seasonal park attendant position at the Victoria Campground.

"Duties would include: renting campsites through the recreation.gov system, issuing visitor passes and checking campgrounds for safety issues and rules violations," according to a Facebook posting by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

According to the recreation.gov website, Victoria Campground will be open from March 20 to Oct. 24 (peak season). It offers 70 reservable campsites near a dock and swimming beach, as well as fire rings, picnic areas, drinking water, flush toilets and showers. Information: https://bit.ly/3coXAWb
