Spring Break for Atlanta Public Schools and many other metro Atlanta school districts is April 3-7, 2017.

For participants in Atlanta rush-hour traffic, that means a one-week break, followed by potentially bad traffic the following Monday and Tuesday, as drivers get accustomed again to the school-day patterns.

Spring break for many of the colleges happens during March. You can check spring break for many of the colleges at studentcity.com or else just check with your kid's college web site.

Here are links for metro Atlanta public school systems in the five closest counties. You can confirm dates for spring break and also check to see when school year ends for your students.
