Three APS principals to retire

Three Atlanta Public Schools principals will retire, effective June 30.

The principals include Shawn Bender of Perkerson Elementary, Mesha Greence of Fain Elementary and Toni Pickett of Connally Elementary.

Their replacements will be named in the summer and will be in place to start the next fiscal year on July 1.
