A day after reports of a lawsuit against Buford City Schools alleging that Superintendent Geye Hambry used racial slurs and made violent threats against temporary workers, an online petition has surfaced calling for his ouster.

It reads:

"The superintendent of the city of Buford's school district used racist language and spoke of wanting to kill black construction workers who had angered him.
Superintendent Geye Hamby, in two recorded conversations used racial epithets repeatedly when referring to African-American workers at a construction site.
The information came to light after the superintendent wrongful fired Mary Ingram because of her race and the race of her constituents that she stood up for in public meetings.
He should be terminated immediately!!"

The petition was created on iPetitions.com.
