New principals for Douglass, Washington high schools and other...

The Atlanta Board of Education approved the hiring of four new principals Thursday night.

They are:

Tony Burks II – Douglass High School. Replaces former Douglass principal Eldrick Horton who resigned earlier this month.
Tasharah Wilson – Washington High School
Camisha Perry - Deerwood Academy
Dawn Parker – Crim Open Campus

The new principals will start work July 1.
