Gwinnett County names new principal for elementary school

Dec 21, 2016Gwinnett County school board members last week named Stephanie Stewart the new principal of Patrick Elementary School.
Stewart has served as an assistant principal at Puckett’s Mill Elementary School since 2009. Her appointment is effective January 3. The current principal, Tyese Scott, transfers to the leadership post at McKendree Elementary School.
McKendree’s current principal, Loretta Denmark, is retiring, a district spokeswoman said.
