The DeKalb Council of PTAs and DeKalb County School District Family Engagement and Special Needs Committee are co-hosting a College, Education and Resources Fair for Students with Special Needs from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 16, at the DCSD Administrative and Instructional Complex, 1701 Mountain Industrial Blvd., in Stone Mountain. The fair will feature sessions on student disability laws, what to expect as a student with disabilities in college and how to live a full and productive adult life.
