Community meetings scheduled for APS budget
Atlanta Public Schools is holding four community meetings across the city to hear residents' thoughts about next school year's spending plan.
The South Region meeting will be at Perkerson Elementary on Thursday, the North Region meeting will be at Woodson Primary School on March 27, the East Region meeting will be at Burgess-Peterson Elementary on April 1, and the West Region meeting will be at Cascade Elementary on April 2.
All meetings start at 6 p.m., and the school system budget is scheduled for approval April 14.
