The marching band of Kennesaw’s Harrison High School played the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Thursday, followed by the giant balloon of Paddington Bear.

The Harrison crew was one of 12 bands chosen nationwide and were seen on the NBC broadcast of the parade, which is considered the kickoff to the Christmas season.

The Hoyas performed a mashup of Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" and Walk the Moon's "Shut Up + Dance."

You can see the performance here.

An estimated 3.5 million people were expected to watch the broadcast.

This is the second time the school has been invited to march in the parade. The first time was 2009.

Here are some photos of the parade.
