The marching band of Kennesaw’s Harrison High School played the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Thursday, followed by the giant baloon of Paddington Bear.

The Harrison crew was one of 12 bands chosen nationwide and were seen on the NBC broadcast of the parade that is seen as the kickoff to the Christmas season.

An estimated 3.5 million people were expected to watch the broadcaset.

This is the second time the school has been invited to march in the parade. The first time was 2009.

Here are some photos of the parade.
