Cobb administration posts video to help explain 2014 budget

Cobb County Schools' administration has posted a video on its website to help the public understand next year's budget. The district faces an $86.4 million deficit due to state austerity cuts and declining property tax values. The board will discuss ways to close the deficit at its April 17 meeting.
