Chamblee Middle School students Lindsey Alexander and Lucy Roberts took first place in the state National History Day competition held at Mercer University in Macon on April 22. Their dramatic presentation about the life of Jane Addams and the Hull House will advance to the national NHD finals held at the University of Maryland in June. Kylene Parker is their Social Studies teacher.
