A health center that serves Atlanta Public Schools students is offering drive-through COVID-19 testing.

Whitefoord, Inc. is providing screening, testing and a hotline for those who may have been infected by the virus sweeping the nation.

Those experiencing symptoms can call the hotline at  (470) 427-2634 ext. 123. Symptoms include a fever greater than 99.6 degrees, cough or shortness of breath. Those who call the hotline will be asked a series of screening questions to determine if a test is needed.

If a test is necessary, patients will be given information about a time and place to come for drive-up testing. The center is testing patients for COVID-19, the flu and strep throat. Those seeking tests do not need to be an existing Whitefoord patient to call the hotline.

Whitefoord has clinics that serve APS students and community residents.
