On Saturday, Spelman College will open another chapter in the school's long and storied history, when Mary Schmidt Campbell is officially installed as the college's 10th president. Since the school's founding in 1881, thousands of women have graduated from its gates. Here is a look back at the men and women who were selected to lead them.
