Police were called to Mr. Jim's Pizza in Springtown on April 19 after a report of possible food tampering, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.

The restaurant was closed last weekend as police investigated the case, the newspaper reported.

Police arrested three employees Wednesday, alleging they put Miralax, a laxative, on one pizza, WFAA reported. The employees were fired from the restaurant, the television station reported. Their names have not been released by police because they are all minors, according to WFAA.

Springfield's health inspector was contacted after the incident and pulled the health permit for the business until an inspection was made, the Star-Telegram reported.
