While many scholarships aren't a guarantee, these are a sure bet.

Money.com identified schools that offer every freshman a scholarship, and have average or above average graduation rates.

• Agnes Scott College in Decatur, costs an estimated $49,749 for the 2015 - 2016 school year. On average, the school offers freshmen a grant of $20,754.

• Wesleyan College in Macon, costs an estimated $33,919 for the 2015 - 2016 school year. On average, the school offers freshmen a grant of $9,590.

• Berry College in Mount Berry, costs an estimated $45,991 for the 2015 - 2016 school year. On average, the school offers freshmen a grant of $13,955.

While many private colleges give scholarships to roughly 90% of freshmen to attract applicants, counselors advise students to evaluate the true net price of attending a school.
