The trend of saggy pants has prompted many schools to develop dress codes. For one student in Bolivar, Tennessee -- his pants led to jail time.

Antonio Ammons spent 48 hours behind bars at the county jail after a school resource officer charged him with indecent exposure for wearing his sagging pants at school.

The officer's report says Ammons had been warned more than once.

Three other students were also charged, but only one of them had to serve jail time.

Under Tennessee law, saggy pants do not constitute indecent exposure but Ammons will still have to pay more than $250 in court costs and fines.
