Peach Pass users won’t be able to access their online accounts for the next few days, but toll lanes remain open and charges for use of the lanes will still hit their bank accounts.

All Peach Pass online services will be temporarily unavailable until Jan. 29 as the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) performs a system upgrade, officials wrote on their website.

The services that will be interrupted include MyPeachPass.com, the Peach Pass Go! mobile app, Peach Pass Plus airport parking and phone lines. The Peach Pass customer service center and retail locations will also be closed.

Express toll lanes will still be open, and transactions will be charged to Peach Pass accounts. Customers can also still access the ATL West Deck at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport using their license plate, but the Peach Pass Plus parking service will be unavailable until updates are made.

“Trips occurring during the upgrade and migration window will still be calculated and posted with minimal delay,” officials said.

Customers will need to install a new Peach Pass Go! app after Jan. 29 to access their accounts. System improvements will include easier navigation, greater accessibility, a new violation payment feature and other added elements, according to the website.
