Two adults from Pennsylvania are facing charges on 109 counts of sexual exploitation of children, Woodstock police say.
Investigators believe Eric Timothy Daniels, 44, and April G. Daniels, 26, were living in a 21-foot camper and working at various RV parks and small farms while traveling between Georgia and Texas with two girls, ages 5 and 15, Woodstock police spokeswoman Brittany Duncan said Tuesday. Vehicular problems forced the group to spend several days in Woodstock, Duncan said.
Police said that earlier this month they received a tip about possible exploitation of two children.
Woodstock police, with help from Acworth police, executed four search warrants, resulting in the seizure of several computers, cameras, hard drives, DVDs and CDs containing about 500 suspect images, Duncan said.
On Dec. 7, both Eric and April Daniels were arrested, and each was charged with 109 counts of sexual exploitation of children, police said. They were being held without bond in the Cherokee County jail.
Police declined to say how the Danielses are related. The two girls have been placed with a relative, Duncan said.
