A woman fled from police during a recent chase in Gwinnett County, but she was thwarted by an unlikely pair: her pants.

Dayana Maldonado was pulled over after a Norcross police officer ran her tag and discovered she was wanted on felony probation violations on charges including burglary, criminal damage and possession of methamphetamine, Channel 2 Action News reported.

After a brief exchange with the officer, police say Maldonado took off, nearly hitting him, and drove into bus maintenance yard on a dead-end street.

Not to be deterred, Maldonado got out the car and ran through the lot, until she fell on her falling pants —twice.

“Can you pull up my pants, please, sir,” Maldonado can be heard saying on body camera footage obtained by Channel 2. “This is so embarrassing.”

Maldonado remains in the Gwinnett County jail on probation violation charges, two counts obstruction of law enforcement and eluding police.
