A Snapchat video of a Cobb County student hanging a Donald Trump banner and giving a Nazi salute has parents and students upset, Channel 2 Action News reported.

“They didn’t stop him,” student Caleb Lewis told Channel 2. “They only recorded and a lot of people laughed about it and didn’t think that much of it.”

The incident happened at Kennesaw Mountain High School earlier this week, the station reported. The school canceled Friday’s pep rally after the video surfaced online.

“(The student) had put up a Trump flag and threw up a Nazi symbol,” parent Sonia Green told the news station. Green said her daughter showed her the video.

Cobb County Schools officials said administrators addressed the situation, Channel 2 reported, but some students said little seemed to be done.

“They haven’t discussed anything with the students,” Victoria Folayan told Channel 2. “We have never had a race conversation on campus, and I think the administration should do something.”

Green hopes the parents of the student in the video speak to him about his action.

“They need to talk to him,” she said. “Explain to him that (there’s) not one person in this country — there are all types of people.”
