The man accused of killing a lawyer in broad daylight on Peachtree Street and stabbing two people near a construction site, allegedly punched an fellow inmate in the face four times, video from the Fulton County jail shows.
The video, obtained by Channel 2 Action News, shows Raylon Browning balling his hand to a fist and repeatedly punching the inmate. Deputies said they had to use a Taser on Browning to get him to stop the “unprovoked” beating.

“I was standing in this area and then he just randomly started to attack (the inmate),” Fulton County Sheriff’s detention officer Kenya Brooks told Channel 2. “Then I deployed my Taser.” Browning was also found biting his own arm and spitting blood and taken to Grady Memorial Hospital.
That attack occurred Wednesday, the day he was scheduled to make his first court appearance in the shooting death of Midtown attorney Trinh Huynh.
He later waived his rescheduled first court appearance for Thursday and was taken to the jail’s medical unit for undisclosed reasons.
Huynh was shot April 3 on Peachtree Street in what police believe to be a targeted attack. Police say the day before the deadly shooting, Browning stabbed two people downtown.
Browning was seen on surveillance video leaving the area of the shooting.
Cobb County police arrested Browning after he allegedly ran a red light. Cobb police did not know Browning was the suspect in Huynh’s murder when he was arrested.
Police do not know the motive for either crime.
