Teenager arrested on child pornography charge

Dec 15, 2016A Hall County teenager arrested Wednesday is accused of possession of child pornography.
Stephen Alan Moore, 19, had media containing "minor children engaged in sexually explicit conduct" between Aug. 1 and December, according to the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
On Tuesday, a warrant for Moore’s arrest was issued.
The incident is still under investigation.
