Atlanta police arrested a man accused of making threats against gay patrons at a restaurant on Saturday.

35-year-old Joshua Magnussen was charged with terrorist threats after he left a note on his bill calling gay patrons "filth."

Magnussen booked in the DeKalb County Jail Monday night, according to Atlanta police.

The threats are among a series of threats aimed at the LGBT community following the Pulse night club shooting in Orlando.

Cobb Galleria Mall was evacuated last week after someone left a note referencing the shooting in a note. Officials did not state verbatim what the note said. The building was evacuated for a second time on Wednesday.

Police investigated a Twitter user accused of posting death threats against TEN Atlanta and Blake's on the Park, two Atlanta gay bars, but the user was cleared of the accusations the Thursday.

The shooting is one of the deadliest in history with 49 people killed.
