Police hope video helps solve fatal shooting

Atlanta police are seeking the public’s help in solving the fatal shooting of 34-year-old Tychika Hefflin last Oct. 18.

Hefflin was robbed and shot as she walked to her apartment at 200 Harwell Place, police said.

“They were waiting as she was approaching,” Maj. Adam Lee III said Friday.

Police released a video of the man they say was involved. The car shown in the video also is sought in connection with the case.
