A man accused of killing a couple and their unborn child was arrested on separate charges stemming from a domestic violence incident, according to an arrest warrant from Cobb County.

Humberto J. “Beto” Lobo Reneaud, 21, of Marietta, allegedly threatened to hit his mom with a broken beer bottle on July 16, just two days before a Bartow County couple were found dead in their home, according to the warrant.

Reneaud went inside his mother’s home, broke the doors to her bedroom, and threatened her with a beer bottle in front of three children, according to the warrant. He was charged with simple assault fear, criminal trespassing, cruelty to children and theft by taking.

Reneaud is also accused of killing Seth Alexander Martin, 22, and Angelica Rojas Fischer, 21, at their home along the 4600 block of Anns Trace in Acworth, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported. Fischer was 22 to 23 weeks pregnant.

Murder warrants were issued for Reneaud, Bartow County Sheriff’s Investigator Jonathan White said Monday.

In addition to two counts of murder, Reneaud is wanted in Bartow on charges of feticide, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, White said.

Martin and Fischer were discovered dead with multiple gunshot wounds by relatives.
