Police say they have found three children reported missing early Wednesday morning, but the woman believed to have taken the children is still wanted for questioning, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Kerry Henderson, 35, was last seen with Malachi Choate, 2, Zykerrya Stansberry, 2, and Zariyah Stansberry, 5 months, Tuesday at Oakland City Park.

Authorities say they are considering this an “interference with custody” case.

Atlanta police Lt. Charles Hampton said at a news conference Wednesday that Henderson had been unofficially appointed caregiver to the children. But after a court-ordered custodial turnover to Division of Family and Children Services on Tuesday, Henderson took off with the children.

“I would like to tell her that there are two sides to every story,” Hampton said Wednesday. “My biggest concern is to have the kids returned safely.”

Details about where the children were found were not released.
