A man who stole two cars from Porsche’s North American headquarters in Hapeville was sentenced to 10 years with five years to serve in prison, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office said.
Last month, Nehemiah Brewer pleaded guilty to two counts of theft by taking and one count of entering an auto in the January 2017 car theft, Fulton district attorney spokesman Chris Hopper confirmed to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He has been in prison since May 18 following his guilty plea, according to the Georgia Department of Corrections website.

Brewer, who was 19 at the time, and at least one other teenager stole the SUVs, reportedly worth a combined $200,000, just as a delivery driver was unloading them onto the lot, The AJC previously reported. Brewer then led officers on a chase on I-75 North in Clayton County, hitting five cars.
Police were able to find Brewer after he posted photos of himself committing the crime on Instagram. Days after the post, Atlanta police found the cars abandoned on a street with damages to one of them. Stolen knives, a gun holster and marijuana cigarette burns were also found inside, police said.
