A man was jailed over the weekend on charges that he hit several dogs and people at a dog park in Augusta, police said.

Arrest warrants said the suspect, 26-year-old Willie Lern Hudson, brought a small dog into the large dog area of the park, The Augusta Chronicle reported. At some point, the suspect’s dog ran from the larger dogs, and when they gave chase, the suspect started punching the larger dogs. However, witnesses said that at no time did the large dogs harm the suspect’s dog.

The suspect also punched a man in the head and shoved an older lady, according to The Chronicle. A witness caught the suspect’s actions on video.
