Hiram man charged with murder of his brother

The brother of a man who was shot to death in Hiram on Monday night was arrested and charged with murder on Tuesday.
Police said Ronald Duguay Jr., 51, allegedly shot and killed his brother Joseph Norman Duguay, 46, on Monday around 7:30 p.m. after an apparent dispute.
Authorities apprehended Ronald Duguay as he attempted to flee the scene, according to a news release. He is being held in the Paulding County Detention Center.
