Georgia inmate charged with conspiracy to commit murder

An inmate in the Troup County Jail conspired to have someone outside the jail killed, the sheriff’s office said.
A Troup County Jail inmate conspired to have someone outside the facility killed, according to the sheriff’s office.
Investigators learned Iesha Delshay Brooks, 26, asked another inmate to make the arrangements, Troup sheriff’s Sgt. Stewart Smith said Friday in an emailed statement.
Brooks is charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
