While arresting a woman on one count of driving while on drugs, police in Australia found a very ironic book sitting on her front passenger seat.
Police shared a photo of the book “Dumbest Criminals,” a humorous selection of crime stories compiled by Australian author Wendy Davis.
“Police urge you to take a leaf out of this book and don't 'drug drive,'” said Queensland police Sgt. Paul Lehfeldt.
Authorities said police in the Logan district conducted a large-scale traffic operation in recent days. During that time, they tested a 35-year-old woman, who was not identified, for drugs.
Her saliva tested positive, police said.
The woman was charged with drug driving. She is expected to appear in court on April 27.
