CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Only Channel 2 Action News was there when police took an attorney to jail after they say she left her 2- and 3-year-old children in a car while she handled a case in court.
Kimberly Bandoh was a magistrate judge in Clayton County.
Attorneys said she planned to run for chief magistrate judge there.
Channel 2’s Tom Jones was at Riverdale Municipal Court when an officer walked Bandoh out a door and took her to the Clayton County Jail.
Police said the children were in the car about 20 to 30 minutes, and they are OK.
The children were picked up by their grandmother.
