Cascade Road shooting suspect arrested

A man wanted in connection with a recent shooting on Cascade Road was arrested Saturday in Clayton County, Sheriff Victor Hill said.

Tariq Walker was taken into custody without incident, Hill said. Walker had warrants for murder and armed robbery with Atlanta police.

The victim, who exchanged words with Walker outside a Dollar Tree store, has died, Hill said. Walker was identified from surveillance video.
