A man linked to a shooting outside an Alpharetta condominium complex is in jail, according to authorities.
Timothy C. Pierce, 32, was arrested Friday by Fulton County Sheriff’s officials on an arrest warrant from DeKalb County, authorities said.
A man was found shot outside the Planter's Ridge Condo complex in the early morning hours of Sept. 24.
Alpharetta police spokesman Officer George Gordon said investigators believed Pierce was involved in the shooting.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital.
The DeKalb County charges Pierce was arrested for include possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a knife during the commission of a felony, and four counts of aggravated battery.
In Alpharetta, Gordon said Pierce is being charged with aggravated battery.
No bond has been set for him, according to jail records.
