Variety, which broke the news Sunday afternoon, reports that Toth faces a DUI charge while Witherspoon was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.
Witherspoon’s publicist has not yet commented and on Sunday the actress was in New York for the premiere of “Mud,” coming out April 26.
Witherspoon has a Twitter account but has not posted anything in several days. On Monday, the day of the Boston Marathon bombings, she tweeted a photo of herself holding a sign that says, “I demand action to end gun violence” and added a note that read, “It’s time for change.”
“The Good Lie” has been filming at locations including Sugarloaf Mills Mall and Peachtree Baptist Church. Filming took place Friday and Saturday downtown, apparently unimpeded by the incident.
