Turner was fatally shot Oct. 7 after he got into a confrontation with three men at a BP near River and Panthersville roads, authorities said. He had just paid for gas and was standing at a pump when one of the men opened fire.

The day after the shooting, police identified Anderson, 22-year-old Charlie Geddis and 21-year-old Antonio Crowley as suspects in Turner's death.

Police have not released many details in the October shooting. Turner was at the gas station in his work vehicle, which was loaded with yard equipment, Channel 2 Action News reported.

It is unclear what led to the argument. Initially, investigators did not believe the shooting was random, DeKalb police spokeswoman Michaela Vincent said at the time.

DeKalb County police are looking for a group of people responsible for killing a man who was simply pumping gas in Ellenwood.??

The three men were driving a red Nissan Altima that was reported stolen in August, according to police. The car was later found abandoned and burning on River Road, about two miles from the gas station.

Investigators believed that after setting fire to the car, the suspects left in a red or burgundy Chevrolet Tahoe with aftermarket rims. The SUV is registered to Geddis, according to police.

While all three men are facing murder charges, police have not said which suspect is accused of pulling the trigger.

Anderson and Geddis are both being held in the DeKalb County Jail. Crowley posted a $25,000 bond and was released from jail in November.
