Pennsylvania police had to deal with a different kind of bare incident Sunday morning.

Bethlehem police received a call about a swimming bear -- swimming bare, PhillyVoice reported.

Bethlehem police said the young black bear was seen lumbering through the neighborhood by residents when it decided to take a dip in a pool, WHTM reported.

"From climbing over fences and the warm weather, the bear apparently became hot and decided to take a dip in a nearby swimming pool," the Bethlehem Police Department posted on its Facebook page. "The bear was tranquilized and happily relocated to north-central Pennsylvania, where pools are called swamps and there are hundreds of acres of woodland for the bear to roam."

The bear was tranquilized and removed from the property by the Pennsylvania Game Commission and was not injured, PhillyVoice reported.
